If you get one, get a standard GS, the RS has as much power as a geo or a firefly, and I've heard lots of problems with the automatic trannys in these cars. I looked at buying one for the longest time, but they are way overpriced for a decent quality one that isn't falling apart. The cheapest one I found that had no problems was $7000 for a 1992, which I think was too much. There are better cars in the price range, so I bought a civic instead. Glad I did.

I found the same thing, I found a good one, 93 with 100,000km, no damage. for about $10,000. Thats way too much. I got a 2000 Civic for about the same price.

Thats what I was planning when I was looking for one. Getting a JDM KLZE. :)

There light as hell man. I know someone with the 4 banger model that put theirs on the scale and it was really light, can't remember the exact weight though.

anyway, i have a bud that owns an mx3, we drove it onto the scale by my parents house on hwy2, it spit out a # in kg that we worked out to equal 2900lbs!! if u subtract the weight of the 2 passengers, then teh car still weighs 2600lbs!

EDIT: did a search...2600lbs for v6 model and 2400lbs for i4....fock...imagine 90hp trying to pull 2400lbs!!

They have 128hp at 6500 rpm from a 1.8l v6 I think.

the v6 is a 2.5 litre
that produces 170 hp

the I4 is a piece econo car so who cares about that one
its fun to drive around and if its stick then its good
the auto tranny is FORD'S!!!

thats mx6 fool. the mx3 has a 1.8L that makes 128hp.

yup 4 cyl is 88 hp the v6 is 128 hp... sorta a pussy ass v6 if you ask me.

they look decent, i went through a mx-3 stage but i came to the conclussion: looks to girly

to many of my friends wouldn never let me live it down heh
