Hey, i have a pair of used Projector headlights for a 99-00 civic. They used to have angel eyes but have burned out. Im not sure if you can recharge them or not. They have crome housings in them. Work well but im selling since i just bought a different kind of headlight. There is a little bit of scratches on the lenses but could easily be buffed out. Price is $180 OBO. PM me or post here if interested.

bump, they come with 4 blue bulbs. Cant remember which brand i think there PIAA or something like that.
