new 2003 Accord V6-6 speed

i just recieved this in my email from Calgary honda, cuz i asked them if they know wat the price for the 6spd accord

"I just had a 2003 Accord V6 6 Speed Manual come off the truck and is
available. It is the only one we will be getting for the next 5 weeks.
Here is the pricing.

$34,900.00 = $1000.00 Freight & PDI + $100.00 A/C Tax + $20.00 Alberta
Tire Levy + $129.00 Doc Fee + GST @ 7% $2530.43 = $38,679.43

I will include in my pricing the following; rear splash guards, locking
wheel nuts, block heater, hood deflector and floor mats.

Actually considering it is a brand new model and there are NONE on the streets, you will pay a premium for it. The base price has gone up. Plus manufacturer have some how figured out a way of charging people more for a manual transmission!!!!

Look at the G35 coupe. the 6-speed is a thousand more than the auto. Every other car on the planet, the automatic is 1000-2000 more than the manual!! WTF:banghead: :banghead:

If you want that car now, considering it just came out, consider youself lucky that you aren't in the states where they sometimes pay $3-$4000 ABOVE MSRP. that is right, 3-4 above what is listed on the website.

I've heard from a friend who works at Honda that, only 250 Accord V-6 6 speeds will be allocated for Canadian dealers this year. So the price for these cars will definitely be inflated.

just saw the blue v6-6spd accord today in front of the dealership in the automall.. so hot!!! ( not as hot as the 5 350Z in front of nissan and the 2 gray G35c they were unloading)
