Mercedes 190e cosworth

My friend has been looking for a 190e cosworth for a bit now but is having a tough time finding one. He is currently talking with the dealerships to see if they can locate one for him but so far no luck.

Anyone here know some background about this car? Good place to look? Good buy? Good performance machine?

Uk/Europe then bring one in...
Not going to be cheap, they are very saught after cars over there.
The first pic you have is of one guy who owns 3 of them, all in prestine shape.

Other then that I know nothing about them, too out of my range :)

Thise two are RARE (well theres very very very few in North America, probably less than 5-10?).
The first pic is of a EVO II and the second is an EVO I
Only 502 of each made (500 available to the public).

Your only chance for an EVO is to import it.

Don't know if you will be able to get any of the EVO's (well not from the UK), I think the cheapest one I've seen is an EVOI for about £11,000. You probably have a better chance getting one from asia like calgarys13 said (importconcern).

You can buy a brand new EVOII for... £40,000 :eek:
It's been in storage all its life, never been registered!! 1990 model, its somewhere in Europe.

You may wan tto look at J-Specimports.ca, Alpina BMW's, bi turbo etc.. are fairly rare cars but they seem to have gotten their hands on some to sell off, they go very quickly but if they can find those, maybe they got a connection for 190e's you want as well.
