Well I think it's a pretty decent price, a few questions first,

does it burn dvds?

legit copy of windows?

any video card?

Hard to say, you can get a 2.6 GHz Dell for $299 new but your specs might be better.

well its for a friend, she doesnt know anything about computers, her friend wiped the whole hard drive, so its scotch clean

it has a flat panel monitor

comes with everything you need to get it running

all i know is 1.8ghz processor
512 mb of ram
40 gig hard drive
cd-rw
xp pro
mouse
keyboard
