Hey Guys:

With lunch hours being an hour I thought I might have enough time to go for a run lift some quick weights. Any of you guys workout during the lunch hour? I work in Bow Valley Square so its not far from the YMCA, plus I already have a membership there so that would be ideal due to cost, any suggestions, its hard to get enough down in an hour shower and make it back to the office. Also I am assuming the YMCA is crowded as hell

yeah I hear lunch time and before work can be super crowded. I honestly don't know any other gym downtown though

Bow valley square has a small oval running track on top of the portion where the royal bank is... you could probably hit that up for a run.

I used to play squash at the Bow Valley Club , its a good place to go for work outs :thumbsup:

Yes I use to work out at the YMCA and during lunch hour, its packed. Gets quite frustrating having to hurry with sets and not getting on equipment whenever you'd like to. Have never tried Bow Valley Club though. How about the bay world health club on 7th ave...that one could be good as well. But for all gyms during lunch hour is gonna be damn packed with all the downtown ppl.
