Insurance Grid System

How do i find out what number im at on this grid system? Its sunday so everything is closed and figured you guys would know. The insurance companies i have been talking to will give me 10 years driving record the other years can't count because i was in a different country driving.

The other is trying to rip you off. As long as you can prove you had insurance on a car in that country you should be able to claim it. If you can get it, I'd suggest Meloche Monnex, they have reasonable prices and are very good to deal with (unless your looking at bikes, they aren't so great with those)
