is laser eye surgery safe ?
does it have any serious/long term side effects ?

my mom had it about 5 years ago. i think she glad she did it. but now she cant read anything with our reading glasses or hold it a mile from her face. but she said that could also just be old age. SHe also see some funny light rings around street lamps a night but other than that she liked it.

^^^ That is probably because of her age. The halos are a known side effect.
