Just looking for some information on volunteering in other countries. I have heard of things where people go help build homes or whatever for a 2 week period. Im pretty sure lots of Churches do these kinda things but I am not to involved with religion.

Does anyone have any links or contact info??

Thanks Craig

I tried doing something like this with the Asian Tsunami disaster, only to find its a $7,000 plane ride to Jakarta. Same with New Orleans. But your not trying to go into a war zone. I think to contact Red cross, would be great, since they can at least point you in the right direction.

Visit a local college/university volunteer centre.

I was in ours the other day, and they had a couple ads for overseas volunteers.
