What does single beam mean? Is there such thing a dual beam?

H1 is a single filament bulb. Meaning if you have a car that uses H1 you most likely will have another housing with another bulb type for high beam. Yes there are dual filament bulbs like the H4, 9004 and 9007.

I do have an h1 bulb( 2001 honda prelude) Do they make a dual bulb for this or single beam the only one for a 5th gen prelude...Will the price include installation?:D

Sorry buh_buh i was just trying to answer this guys question.

You are in the same situation as i am. If you want HID hi beams you are gonna need another kit. H1 is single filament only.

Make buh_buh an offer on his kit and discuss possible installation with him.

pm me your questions so we keep this thread clean

hey no worries Kouki. Thanks for clearing things up about the single vs dual beam.

Sorry, price doesn't include install. I'm not in town very often, so I don't really have much time to help you out with it. But install is pretty straight forward and simple. It shouldn't take you more than an hour tops.

I will be in town for thanksgiving long weekend though, so if you want this, then make me an offer before then. Otherwise I probably won't be back again for another month.

any chance of this fitting in a 96 civic coupe with after market head lights?

I think Civics take H4s. So it probably wouldn't work.

Open for lowballs this week only!

this site basically shows every bulb and its regular non-hid counterpart, should make more sense...
