^^^ yes it should be and hopefully soon the laws get tougher and second degree murder stays in jail for at least 10 years. IMO

he'll get 3 years maybe 4 if the judge hasnt had his/her coffee yet. The judicial system here is a joke. No wonder this is where terrorists come to roost :rolleyes: .
