VIBE 98.5 presents BeerFest sampling festival, May 12 and 13 at the Hangar on SAIT Campus. It runs from 4-11pm Friday and 2-11pm Saturday. Listen to win tickets or pick yours up for $15 in advance at Ticketmaster, 17th Ave Royal Liquor Merchants or the Eau Claire Wine Market. BeerFest features 25 breweries and distributors with over 80 varieties of beer to taste plus food, live music, entertainment and games. Purchase sampling tokens and let the fun begin! The first 200 people in the door each day will receive a BeerFest mini-mug.

Has anyone been to this before? If so whats the pricing for sampling tokens/ how many do they give u to start.

This is a great opportunity for people to experience GOOD beer, instead of trashy ass mainstream beer you always hear about. How many places are there, that you can sample tonnes of beer, without having to buy a full beer, or case. The best beers in the world aren't Canadian, and you can probably find quite a few there. If I wasn't busy, I'd be there in a heartbeat.

Anyone know how much the beer tickets are on top of admission? I can't find that info anywhere. I'm talking about the one in the round up center tonight. There's also supposed to be live bands and food as well as games so if you have nothing better to do, it will probably be OK. I'm going to check it out regardless. It will, however, suck balls if it's $5/beer.

Yeah, I'd definately wanna check it out but beer better not be more than a few bucks if I'm already paying $15 to get in
