blue EF 4 door turbo

Wondering if anyone knows who this guy is, i want to tell him i like his car. Its a sweet blue 4 door 88-91 style civic. It has a carbon fibre trunk and a really nice exhaust, plus glowing yellow fog lights. It is turbo with a blow off valve and a front mount intercooler, overall very nice.
