Invest in a Circular Polarizer...
It's great for cutting down the outside glare/reflection on the car's windows and paint and darkens the sky so you get a really cool blue.

a technique might be to shoot in black and white for a while until you get light and contrast. Then move over to color.

But what do I know.

Awesome link, do you happen to have any more, or some suggestions on good photography books that might be available at chapters or something?

Thanks

You're getting your reflection in the fenders, so you'll want to keep your eye out on that in the future. Maybe take a couple steps back and zoom in if you can. Or if you can't zoom in any more, put it on a tripod, set it on timer, and get the hell out of the shot! Hahaha!

I'm not really feeling the shots with such a dark shadow in front/under the front bumper. You might want to position the car so that it doesn't blend into it so much (ie: off to the side or under like most of your other shots), or pick another time of day when the sun is at a different position so the shadow will appear elsewhere.

Other than that, those are some very good attempts. Keep at it and post what you get
