I was on my laptop like i normally would have been but all of a sudden it says that there wasa failure of some sort and it goes to a blue screen. It just said to restart the laptop pretty much. So I did. It then froze on the dell start up thing. Now it won't even start up. The power butten just lights up and then goe off and nothing happens... UGH what's wrong with it?
