New Rims for SLK

Just put on the new rims. They are iForged Essens 19x8.5 in the front and 19x10 in the rear.
Also, I was wondering if someone would be able to help with a little photoshoot of the car, as my photo taking skills are subpar as suggested by the pictures. Anyways here they are:

I have to strongly disagree, the R171 looks far more aggressive then the R170s. The stance, especially on the AMGs, looks mean. Not to mention the car is on steriods, 6 piston caliper in the front and 4 in the rear, amazing engine and handles almost like a porsche.

What's your ground clearance like for driving around town? Do you plan to lower the car? I just bought a set of Brabus springs, will play around with the spring pad to try to get the perfect look :D

I have a great hatred for everything Honda. Not because they are a bad car. They are a great car.

Hakkola's W124 is a WAY nicer car than any Prelude.

I think I may just scrap the whole idea of getting an NSX just because I would be one of those asshole Honda drivers. I'll just get an M3 instead.

Which was my point, I like preludes, but when a prelude driver calls a SLK girly it seems kind of hypocritical...

R171 is much more aggressive and "manly" than the r170 IMO.

Call my car a POS if you want but I get teenagers AND old people alike commenting on my car daily. :thumbsup: Not to mention you have nothing to back up your comment by, I saw my car on the list of top 20 cars of the last 20 years, I didn't see any mention of preludes.

It took about 6 weeks but we had them get tires and the whole deal for us as well. If you are seriously looking at iForged I could hook you up so to speak, PM for more details. Running Falken GRB FK-451, 235/35/19 in the front and 265/30/19. There is quite a bit of ground clearance for driving around town but if lowered, i dunno you may get some rubbing. I've seen 20s on a SLK but wouldn't run that on these roads. Anyways ya I think 19s should be a good fit, might need to roll the fenders. The brakes are huge, so finding a set maybe hard especially since the car is still relatively new (model new) and all decent rims will need to be custom. The offset is a little obscure.

Ya W220s are for winter driving especially, w203 and R171 act more as a snow plow when it snows hard. I have some pics of the W203

It looks more aggressive with the top on. It's not a chicks car, the lack of a top just accentuates the compact and round nature of the back of the car, giving it a "cute" look.

Haven't checked this in a while. I'm thinking about it, love the lowered look, but my drive way is pretty bad....
