Could be, I am sure the enhancements will still be nice, but as for the music industry they have missed that ship by a few years.

haha I'm not in any hurry to get another RAM intensive WMP that overzealously takes over all your music and media files.

Start > Run > mplayer2 for me! :D

Just curious...since it's not an official release from Microsoft...are there any bugs/viruses in the program. You never know with these third party sites. Thanks.

Yeah... I just found one. This distribution doesn't support PlaysForSure devices. It made Windows unable to detect my Zen Vision: M. Get the one officially released by Microsoft here:

I use MPlayer as well, but it doesn't play the latest WMV files :(
Guess I have to deal with microsoft's shit.
