I only have 1 docking station and NO sync cable but Irda still works with MS activesync software, also only 1
unit powers on the other will but turns off right away, 1 power cable and no stylus....

Batteries do hold a chage but untested for how long, also internal batteries need to be changed

do a google for this handheld - there is a company that buys these and refurbs them. You might be able to get more than your asking price from those guys - these things have a cult following.
