Muffler Substitute

I have a 3 inch muffler right now with like a 4 inch tip. I am looking for one that is the same but a smaller tip, please give me some suggestions. I have a 3 inch straight pipe to this muffler that is super big. Its not hella loud but I don't want a ticket for a wide exhaust like many others are getting.

ur gonna need to get a different muffler.. one that splits the 3inch into 2 smaller pipes for example. www.magnaflow.com to check out examples
