Y no more turbo for it? I was about to do ctr cams, valve springs and retainers, plus chip and tune, and then header and exhaust, it would be nuts after that. Going n/a?

HOw far can you really take a 4 cyl N/A. I must admit i'm not a big engine person so forgive me for the bland question.

Oh yeah and that ride is sweet. Makes me want to burn my Cav and start over.

Ya i think i am gonna go with a N/A view on this build, Since she will be driving it alot and wants something RELIABLE, so i thought forget the turbo.

You can make a d-series go a ways...let alone a b16a2...they have lots of potential...with a short ram intake and a type r intake manifold i bet i could take a z24 cav...actually i have taken 3, three of my buddy;s floss the z24 cav's.

Yeah true, the only problem is i have a 2.2 but it didn't stop me from putting in a catback and CAI.

Also don't get why people always say typical civic's. It takes lots of work to make anything look good so give some respect. :dunno:

brett_00civic
06-29-2006, 11:37 PM
maybe that will be my next move...i do really like the one i have though., Maybe a carbon fiber trunk hatch or rear lip.

I just put my skunk 2 throttle body on and WOW:eek: ... This upgrade has shown more noticable increase in power than any other bolt on mod that i have used or worked with...very impressed. Only shity part is that the gasket wasnt enginered very well and left my with a leak into my idle port. You would that that the gasket ( made by Skunk 2 Racing) should fit perfect especially on a skunk throttle body and intake manifold...kinda disapointed about that.

If anyone knows of someone who might be interested in purchasing this car...drop me a line, I need to sell this car quik for a DP on a mortgage.

and there is always the option of switching engines, then instead of eating z24 cavs, you can eat some real cars!! j/k man

4 bangers have a lot more potential then most people think, I'm selling my car right now to buy an 01 330ci but I already know it won't be as fast as my civic, I tested one and the power is constant as it is a 6cyl but it doesn't pull as hard as th b16!!
