Okay, on my way to the CMRA regionals #1 yesterday to do corner marshall work, I was driving down Glenmore when I came up behind this weird car:

What is it? (note, this was at 7:25 am on a Sunday, so Glenmore was pretty damned empty, which is how I was able to catch up to this car)
