13 sec na in a b18 motor... i have to say its a very very sweet sound... i know a guy in to. who RAN a 13 sec NA teg... mmmmm.. but he feel and ended up slaping a turbo on it. I forget what ITB's he was using, but the sound, all i can say is WOW

ITB's & Al Motor is Dope!!.
You cna still run a Turbo ITR on a road course, just need GREAT tuning.. Anyhow good luck if I didn't use the Civic for winter I would go with the ITB's on the swap were doing... maybe next time
