thats exactly what i used it for, but then realized that i hardly used my HTPC at all. so im just selling my parts away...

i will probably just wait until xbmc works on a modded xbox360

if you need anything else for your media server project, i have a spare s478 motherboard, dvd-rom drive, and radeon 9200 (passive cooling) that are not in use at all
