The car was fine yesterday. I just tried to start it and NOTHING happens! Not even my power locks work! Nothing turns over nothing lights up! What can be the problem?!

I dont understand...I never had ANY problems with start up before, how could the battery just be dead?

left some lights on probably. Check the voltage of your battery. Try a jump start and drive the car around for 30 mins.

If the car "clicks" while starting, its your battery. It could also be your ignition switch or a fuse, both of which can allow your car to turn on and use accessories, just nothing happens when you turn the key.

First step: get boosted, or charge the battery somehow. If it doesn't run, then maybe there is a switch/fuse/relay issue.

If it does run then there might be an electrical drain, the altenator might not be recharging it properly, etc.

Do you have an aftermarket alarm and was it triggered recently?

I had the exact same problem sometime last year. When I took my car in for an alignment, the mechanic didn't understand the you-must-deactive-alarm-before-using-key-in-door-to-unlock idea, thereby setting off the alarm. After that, I spent a good hour sitting in the parking lot wondering why my car won't start. But thankfully, I called civicsi and he told me to disconnect the connections on the battery for a couple of minutes to reset the alarm. When I reconnected, voila! Everything worked and started again.

Were you doing any recent work on it?

Like everyone said boost the battery, and check the fuse in the engine bay. Think its the blue 100 fuse. Double check with the panel when you remove it to expose the fuses.

Check every single fuse.
