Varsity area accident/chase/stolen truck ?

Just had this happen right in front of my house.

Heard a screech, bang, crunch. Walked to the other side of the house and a truck had messed itself up and an officer has his gun drawn.

Ended up with about 8 or so cars for these two guys in the truck. Looks to me like it was because the truck was stolen, and they tried to run.
Cops took the plate off the truck and there was another one underneath.

In the first pic you can see where the truck came from on the left. The tire marks to the tree that is missing a load of bark. From there it spun and went head first into a light pole.

yeah, be careful when you sell cars and whatnot...

my uncle sold a car last summer, and didnt take the plates off (but got rid of the car.. I think he even canceled the plates).

the car was going to the wreckers...

the police called recently and told him that the plate was found somewhere near edmonton on the side of the highway... prolly being used on a car.

They now have a large colision unit outside, and the RCMP ? are measuring out the accident.
