The better have the definition of street racing correct or it's gonna be abused.

I personally think that death caused by participants of street racing should get minimum 1st degree manslaughter to maximum of 2nd degree murder. Regardless you directly caused the death or not, you race, you get nailed.

It's a good thing to be cracking down on street racers but I don't know if to be happy or not. Just gives the police officers (the bad ones) one more charge to be able to give out to even people that were just speeding that have modified cars.

If we all just kept it on the track....
