Anyone know why these cars are on transport canada's "do not import" list?

I believe its just the Avant/Station wagon model...

But the other reason if it is in fact the sedans is the foglights, they will not survive the 5kph crash test. Besides that, the only difference is the US version came with HID's.. the Cdn did not.

makes no distinction between the sedan and avant for the S4, but does for other models.

Then try to get foglights and HID's on your Cdn spec S4.
Its impossible! (Unless you install the parts.) There is a difference.. contrary to what that website says.

No US Spec S4 is allowed to be imported.. and its a shame, as they are going for a whole lot less down there!
