VERY slow computer

Hey all I have a 3yr old computer (Cicero) which i know is cheaper but it always ran fast and now no matter what I do it is soooo slow...what is a reputable place to bring it to see if they can diagnose the problem...thx

do a virus scan, if not format and erase EVERYTHING and it will work like new again

1) remove all unnecessary files and programs
2) disk cleanup utility, if you don't use it daily already
3) virus scan
4) ad-aware scan
5) spybot scan
6) winaso registry optimizer
7) winaso registry defrag
8) defraggle hard dizzle

Take it to compusmart in deerfoot meadows if you are not femiliar on how to do all that stuff. they are pretty slow right now and will prolly have it running good same day
