it was an R&B song from like a year or two ago and the voice in the background was like a chipmunk i guess and it said "we used to... hey, hey. (something) rock it. hey, hey" i think they were canadian. i cant remember who it was or the track name. lol its been in my head for a week.

oh i remeber something like...

"wars going on in iraq, new born babys addicted to crack" i think or something like that. oh and thats the rapper saying that not the chipmunk voice. It was played on vibe maybe like a year or two ago
