hey im trying to change my avatar, the picture i wanted was a pic of adr lighting rims, i picked a google image (150 x 150), resized it to 98 x 98 but the image file size is 17000 bytes, how do i make it 10000 without sacrificing any more size, is there a way i can change the resolution to be able to upload this??
