What multivitamin to take?

Anybody take a good multivitamin and if so, what's a good one to take?

Couple articles I read recommened Centrum silver, even for young people. GNC likes Mega Man or something, seems pricey.

I will find some articles I have somewhere on multis...centrum is horse shit and mega from GNC is not much better...the good ones cost close to $50-60 per month but they are good.

GNC MegaMan or whatever is what I use. It has a bit more vitamins than a normal multivitamin. And also..it changes the color of your piss..:rofl:

Sounds like animal pack is the multivitamin of choice. How expensive is this as compated to just a regular Centrum and is it basically like a night and day difference? Worth it to fork over the extra few bucks?

Also, where' the best place to get from? Online ordering?

It works out to almost $1/day. You take a package of 11 pills.

Is it worth it? I highly, highly doubt it.

Vitamin C would be my guess, because I know it's easy for the body to get rid of excess vitamin C.

it got my animal pak for $29.99 US in the states, i think you can find it here at popeyes for around $59.99 CAN; thats almost not worth it imo.

It's the B vitamins that makes yer piss Neon Yellow. Shouldn't take a tablet multi anyway. The compression ratio is so high most people can't even break them down. That's why u piss bright lights. Your body's just not able to hold onto it. High ratio vitamins like the GNC multi compress's so much into 1 vitamin it's essentially useless, just a selling tool. Looks damn good to have a shit load of vits in it. Ontop of that in order to keep and hold it together, they use alot of filling and binding agents.. like shilac, ingrediants found in windex, paint remover etc. etc. Read the ingrediant and google each one. You'll shit yourself. IMO GNC vitamins are shit. Animal Pak, ISS Vit Packs and Solar ray are what I would use.

I agree. Even 7-11 sells fruit. I'm thinking that spending top dollar on healthy convenience foods( then suppliment with a cheap multivitamin) is a pretty good idea.
