its a prelude type s, just the trim of the car i believe, correct me if im wrong;)

There are no Type-S in Canada.
You either have a Prelude "Base" or Prelude "SH"
or if you have 99+ then you could have gotten the "SE".
Type-S is a Japan only model.

From your description, I think you have a Base.

Prelude S = Prelude Base. Prelude was only available in 2 trims - Base and SH/SE.

SH and SE have the straight 5 spoke rims and leather. SH had ATTS. SE was a 2001 model - had CF interior trim.
