I've compared the belt to the original and there are subtle differences that can't be seen when worn. The leather loop which holds the belt down when it's on is inscribed with a barely visible J Lindeberg on the original. Also, the back side of the belt which is obviously not visible when it's worn has the JL logo and manufacturing info. I could see no difference on the buckle itself from the real deal.

Negative. That's a stock picture I found online just to show which model it is for those not familiar with the Slater.
