Alright, so today my co-worker and I go to move our cars before those damned parking ticket guys come and ticket our cars.
He puts his key into the ignition but the thing is the ignition won't turn? So he can't start his car. The most he can do is push the key in and it makes a beep beep beep noise but it is as if the thing the key goes into is stuck and won't turn, so basically it's stuck in the 'lock' position. Also, his steering wheel is locked too.
Usually with my CRX or most carse I THINK, you just push in your key and you are able to unlock your steering wheel. For his car he can't do that so now his car is stuck there and there's no way that we know of to turn the key.
He drives a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass. Any help with this would be appreciated!
