WTB: Treo 650/HP Handheld - Unlocked or Rogers

As title states looking for a Treo 650, warrenty left hopefully, unlocked or onto the rogers network, others may consider, must be GSM for SIM card. Also looking at a few of the HP series handhelds, same deal with them.
