Engine cleaners?

What are some engine cleaners that work really well i think i have a lot of gunk build up in my engine..suggestions please!

I like the ones at the car wash. You just spray your engine until it's clean then you drive home.

tons' of ppl use Simple Green, but i've used gunk's engine degreaser, and it's not bad

Go to any GM parts store and buy some Engine Shampoo. It works really well.
