^^Depends on where you take it, obviously the exhaust will not be covered by Subaru, but the accessport you can switch back to a stock map in ~10 mins. There are palces that have tools to determine wheather or not you did have the accessport installed (most dealerships).

Not much. Cause only the exhaust need some "labour" to uninstall it. For all other stuff, you can just unplug it yourself.
