Went to this place monday night. Was quite impressed.
Located on 37 st and 17 ave SW, right behind rx-7 specialists.

Atmosphere, Classy place, but not overly classy to make you feel underdressed or anything.

Appetizer:

We had the crab baked stuffed mushroom caps. SOOOO good, but you only get like 5 mushrooms for $7. But amazing.

Main Course:

We both had the original fish and chips. I've rarely had a meal that I couldnt finish because the portions were huge. The portions were absolutely huge. 14-16 ounce piece of haddock and lots of fries. They taste absolutely amazing as well... $16 and worth every penny.

After that we were stuffed so we didnt get desert, just the bill.... which was pretty good.

4/5 stars for me.

I've heard this place is good, and was heading down 17th on tuesday to grab a bite and we thought about heading in there, but opted for the Thai place we know that's down the road a ways.

I'll check it for sure now, thanks alot.

Ate there, and have to say I was dissapointed. The service was terrible, took literally 15 minutes to get a glass of water. The starters weren't served until 45 minutes after we ordered. They were unapologetic. The starters were alright, the mussles were pretty good and the Crab Dip was good as well. Another 15 minutes later the salads was served and honestly seemed like the Kraft dressing you buy at any supermarket. The main courses were the most greasy thing I have ever eaten. More so than McDonalds or any fast food joint at that. The Smoked Salmon Tortellini was drenched in butter, so much that the sauce was covered in a layer of oil. After about a two hour meal, we left, dissapointed and feeling sick.
