She had finished shopping in Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles with her friend Kim Kardashian and after loading her shopping bags into the trunk of her Range Rover she backs out of the parking spot without her seat belt on - another violation of law - and hits a parked Honda Civic behind her. She then cries out, "Oh shit!" before speeding off without leaving a note.

If you're the owner of the Civic I highly recommend you take some legal action against Paris.
