89 Mr2 Engine

Does anyone know where in the city I could get an engine for my 89 mr2 (preferably supercharged). I tried JDM Source but they have not been able to get stock. Any suggestions?

Any JDM places should be pretty tight during this time because a lot of the manufacterurs are shipping out new models :)

Uh, You could probably get a 4age anywhere :) tons of corolla guys have them laying around. LOL

Try going 20 valve.

Pretty easy swap, if you have all the right parts it can be done in just a few days. Just finished the swap on my car and it fits the MR2 pretty nice... let me know if you want more information or pictures....
