Any recommendations? I need some sushi grade tuna and also some monk fish for my house warming. Quality and overall cleanliness is of the UTMOST imprtance so no back door bandit type of store.
Also any butchers? I've been meaning to make carpaccio but cant find any decent butchers in this crazy town.
