I have a copy of this that I will never use. Includes original CD and original Key.

$80 1/2 of what Memex has it for and way less then a retail store.

Is it sealed, or has it been previously installed?

It never came sealed, came in a sleave with normal xp, but the cd is genuine microsoft not oem. I have put it into my machine to see if my new dual core intel was 64 bit compatible but did not register it.
