Will that fit non M e36 w/o mods? is this cat-back or just the can?

it will fit on ur 325/328's
not sure about 320's...

Ya I think I read it on bimmerforums too that it will work.


Does it come with the gaskets and bolts too?

will work on 325/328s
not 320/323

does not use gaskets. just flanges. bolts right on. this thing is in really good condition. bump for a good seller

The tips are staggered to match the M3 diffuser's contours.

:D actually .. I need few things from E36 M3 .. such as stock headlight .. stock ..shock .. springs etc .. :D
