Does "not running" mean it needs a carb job OR does it mean the engine has spun bearings a blown head gasket or a crack in the block???

Im afraid, I really dont know, I just took some pictures for him and put this ad up on beyond, Im pretty sure it doesent have a cracked block or anything, but I dont know what kind of work needs to be done to get it running. If anybody wants to talk to him you can pm me and I can give you his phone number. He knows alot more about it than I do.
