how is that much nicer than a helios one
only aftermarket 'kit' that stands out would be xenondepot or if you used phillips bulbs and ballast
check contemp as well, brand new ones are that expensive at all

This is how it stands out.

Should be here end of January.

The new one is like the philips slim but gt has an smaller ignitor.

Also about half as thick as a techone.

The old GTHID ballast is a generation newer than helios, and combines the ignitor and ballast into 1 unit, so it uses less wires.

Also its a Cdn company, they develop it for cars in this country. Especially with all the DRL and computer sensing headlight problems on lots of cars, they have special fixes.

btw, the capsules are GE, with different bases.

Look at their website.
I think they had a show special for $399 for the low and $459 for the Hi/Low (tax in)
They had lots of bulbs.
Am I the only one who seen their booth at DTP?

Ya I saw them at the DTP show... really nice guys. They have D2S and D2R ballast and bulbs too. Don't think anyone has as much of a selection as well. Also 1.5 year warranty on the ballast and 3 month on the bulbs. Don't think anyone has this good of service or warranty in Canada. Can't wait for that new ballast to come out! It's gona be sweet
