Either the aquaclear or the fluval filter i have forsale will work fine with it :) and i can find you a heater.. pretty sure i have one hanging around.

what wattage/size of bulbs go in the lid of the 20 gallon tank? got any pics of it? if you wanna get rid of the setup id take it off your hands for $50
