Old Jettas

I'm thinking about buying an early-90's Jetta. Anything I should know? Anything I should watch out for when buying one of these? Any major pros, cons?

buy 91/92 they come with the big bumpers .very good cars at least those years were built in germany not like 94 & up mexican built garbage:thumbsdow . if you want a nice red 92 jetta let me no just pm me.also stay away from automatic bad tranny problems:thumbsup:
