question about career group

has anyone here ever dealt with Canadian Career Group when looking for a job. I was supposed to have a meeting with one of their career managers this week, but we had a misunderstanding about the meeting and I have tried to reschedule but have not gotten a single response. I sent 5 emails and left 2 messages. Just wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience with this company

looking for a job in the IT industry or as a junior engineer. I am currently doing web dev work, which is not bad, but wanna get into more software programming or embedded programming or doing R&D type work
