I know I may sound gay for this, but has anyone ever heard of altering shirts or dress shirts?. I've had jeans hemmed to a lower length, but don't know if you can alter shirts. Say I have a tshirt or dress shirt with a 19" chest, is it possible to have it altered to a 18". Anyone do this or had this done before?. thanks

take it to a seamstress (alteration shop), they should be able to do it for you.

its quite easy..

little more work than just hemming pants or something..
Stitch rip the seems right under the armpit, cut some material and sew back together..

they key is not to misform the shirt, so the cutting has to be precise.

Yeah, they can do it just like they do with coats and jackets.
