I'm looking for a really good set of all season tires for my 2000 Integra. I'm open to suggestions and the tires must be good in winter, rain, and handle decently in the summer. Tires are going on stock rims. Thank you for any suggestions.

Mike

They're 14" rims and they're going to be all seaons so I'm not to concerned with price. They can't get that expensive. I want good ones and I'm not a broke ass, what kind did you have in mind.

Most people aren't looking for all seasons:rolleyes: So this does not come up often.

I guess I exaggerated when I said 1000
But here is a thread:

Well I'm not looking for cheap replacements so I guess my thread is original. Therefore, back on topic. They're 195 60 R14 and from what I've found selection is slim for this size........ The Bridgestone Potenza G 009 don't seem bad......

you will not get good quality for cheap.

get nokian wr's. they are the best for all season. They rule. If you have a 2000 integra, you can afford them.

we have them on both our cars and they are awesome in Calgary weather.

They look like they'd be good in winter, how are they in the corners? Do they have much sidewall flex?

we dont really race. they are nice tires for everyday use. nokian I3's if you want performance but do not drive em in the winter.

+1 Nokian WR. You can't have everything you know. You might as well go summers on rims and winters on steelies if that is what you're after.

Try the Yokohama Avid H4's. Or the Pirelli P-Zero-Nero's. Those are both supposed to be good all seasons.

In general, all seasons will be worse than having seperate summer tires and winter tires. They won't be particularly good in any season - they're just a compromise in the end.

Yeah I know I won't have the best of anything, but the tires I have now are absolute shit. I'm not racing the car so I'm not looking for an unreal handling tire, just something that doesn't roll over onto the rim if I go a little fast into a corner. Summers and winters are out of thge question, I've done that before and I'm not in the position to be storing tires. I'll be looking into the Nokian WR's sounds like that is a tire that would suit my needs.

:thumbsdow for Avid H4. They're really not good any anything. Tame on dry roads, sucks in the wet, and don't even try them in the winter. My friend had them. He ended up having to buy winters to replace the H4 and some Azenis for summer fun.

One thing about the Nokians: if you drive hard, I have a feeling you'll wear them down quickly. The compound and tread design is VERY MUCH a winter tire design. The tread is amazingly deep. They are awesome in the wet, and outstanding in the winter. They also aren't really noisy either, as one would expect, but not the quietest tire around.

Can't really comment on the dry performance, since my wife has them on her Odyssey (she LOVES them), and my mom has them on her CR-V (she LOVES them as well), though my dad commented that they squealed less in corners than the stock Duelers).

Got my friend to get some for his fiance's Escort (and she LOVES them).

I think these are just simply winter tires with TONS of tread on them. That's why they have that high rating. There is lots of rubber to go through before they wear down.

Well I went with Bridgestone Potenza G 009 I got a great discount on them as opposed to the Nokians. We'll see how they work but at least they look flashy. Thanks for the recommendations.
